Historical Home

Here is a historical house we moved from Glendale in 2007.  It was originally a 40 acre homestead almost accross the street from where Glendale Community College is now in 1910.  It was an oasis in the middle of urbans sprawl.  The daughter of the man who bought it in 1912 lived and worked the farm all of her days taking care of her parents and broghers.  She donated the buildings on the property the Pioneer Living History Museum http://www.pioneer-arizona.com and sold the land to a school after she moved into a convalescent home in her 90's.

We dissassembled the porches and attachments from the house and shipped them separately.  We also took the water tower.  The rest of the buildings were too worn.  We took the house with permission through the neighbor's farm to access to the road. The pics of the house without being on a truck are the house before we disassembled it.
